A photo that survives online may be older than the release record or may belong to another booking. Match stable identifiers. Full name alone is weak when common names or aliases are involved. A booking ID, ODRC number, date of birth, docket, and booking date reduce the risk of attaching the wrong photo to a Meigs County case.

A news report or third-party archive may preserve a dated booking photograph after an official current roster changes. Such a copy is only a discovery lead. It may omit a dismissal, acquittal, reduced charge, later release, transfer, or sealed case. No commercial mugshot publisher is linked or endorsed here, and no removal vendor is recommended.
Local news and sheriff press items also describe the event known at publication time. An arrest report is not a final court judgment.
